About this contract

Northern Hull Community Development Ltd has been awarded European Structural and Investment funding for the refurbishment of 372 Greenwood Avenue ('the site'). Northern Hull Community Development Ltd has a long term lease of the site and has held this since 2015. The site consists of a two storey office building facing out to Greenwood Avenue, adjacent to 37th Avenue with a large depot to the rear consisting of a number of units and a large two storey work space. The site has been vacant for approx. 9 years and is in needs of repair and refurbishment
