About this contract

Consultant time to propose and deliver 3 hours CPD sessions on the following topics to support and build the capacity of current 360 feedback facilitators: Possible topic is creating champions of current 360 facilitators to champion the HLM 360 tool within their NHS organisations – Currently we have over 100 feedback facilitators in the system. The NHS can gain more value from utilising these facilitators to champion and advocate the leadership framework and tool. Whilst building the capability of the facilitators and encouraging/inspiring them as champions. Additionally to propose workshops to raise awareness of the uses and benefits of the HLM and 360 tool for CCGs and Trusts in London Additional information: Written proposals required.
