About this contract

Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Refurbishment of existing of a Non -Traditional Swedish Timber Frame semi detached dwelling including external insulation system along with internal Works new kitchen, heating works etc under a JCT minor works contract. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
