About this contract

Paradigm Development Services Limited (The Employer) proposes to procure a completion contract at 20 - 30 Blyth Road, Hayes London. The contract will be on the basis of JCT Design and Build 2016 to provide a multi storey 10 floors, mixed use development. It comprises of 120 apartments with commercial floor space, car parking spaces including all associated investigations, external works, landscaping, drainage and services.
