About this contract

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Construction of a single-storey cavity masonry extension with roof along with internal reconfiguration works, at 2 Roughtor Drive Camelford, under JCT Minor works with Contractors Design Portions. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
