The works include removal of existing section of masonry wall, erect internal metal stud partitions to form new teaching space, single door with slave access and associated mechanical and electrical works. Electrical works: upgrading of the existing classroom lighting and switch installations. Mechanical works: Provision of new radiators to new room with a wet radiator system.
