About this contract

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Disabled Adaption works to include internal alterations to form shower room & external ramp provision at 18 Merrifield Close Truro, under JCT Minor works with Contractors Design. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
