17/SJM/024 Film and Broadcast Equipment The University of Portsmouth Faculty of Creative and Cultural Industries is replacing its existing Outside Broadcast equipment and infrastructure. We are looking to purchase a new Tricaster 460 with Advanced Edition Bundle for education plus: Datavideo cables, various monitors, cases and TallyTec tally light systems. We are looking for companies that can offer both the supply and any required on-going support of this equipment. A fast turnaround time is requested as the equipment needs to be in place for a live event in June. Please complete all documents attached. Please complete both the ITT documents and the Section stage documents. All supplier`s Questionnaires will be scored and the top (approximately 5) suppliers will then have their tender documents scored. This is being run as one stage, but with two parts.
