About this contract

Purchasing system that will include opportunities for providers to join throughout the life of the system. To provide high quality placement arrangements for young people leaving care and vulnerable young people. This will provide a suitable package of accommodation and support to meet the individual needs of a young person and support their transition to living independently. The system will be used by Bradford, Calderdale and Wakefield Councils to make placements. We will evaluate submissions on an annual basis.
