About this contract

Rotherham would like to invite tenders from experienced Arrears Management Tool software providers, with previous experience of delivering similar project requirements. Rotherham MBC require a fully managed and hosted Software as a Service Arrears Management Tool which will be required to analyse up to 20,500 rent accounts each week and/ or day and identify those accounts which are in genuine arrears which require appropriate action by relevant officers covering 7 housing patches. Additional information: Instructions to Suppliers: You should upload a completed ITT document and any associated attachments onto the YORtender website - www.yortender.co.uk (YORtender reference AAJM-7JCQK6) no later than 12:00 noon on Friday 29th July 2016. All correspondence in relation to this tender will be carried out through the YORtender system. It is the bidders’ responsibility to ensure their contact details are kept up to date on the YORtender system.
