About this contract
16/SJM/038 - Print Services Framework This tender is to cover the requirements of University of Portsmouth. Also University Solent and University of Southampton will have access to this agreement and may use it. The purpose of this tender is to award suitable print suppliers onto a Framework Agreement which is split into 4 lots. The successful suppliers per lot, will then participate in mini tender/quotation exercises on an as and when required basis throughout the term of the contract. The University intends to award places on the Framework Agreement in four LOTs: LOT 1 – Litho print a minimum of seven litho print suppliers falling across the B1 and B2 categories of litho print. LOT 2 – Digital print - a minimum of five digital print suppliers falling into SRA3 to B2 category of digital print. LOT 3 – Exhibition and portable display materials - a minimum of five exhibition and portable display material suppliers. LOT 4 – Signage and complementary wide format services – a minimum of five signage and complementary wide format services suppliers delivering and installing internal and external signage and wide format graphics across varied substrates. Suppliers can apply for individual lots or multiple lots. Suppliers can be awarded to supply goods/services across more than one LOT.
