About this contract

Current status / Background: The council has a number of parks, housing estates, other assets and other green spaces, which provide the opportunity for sponsorship from other organisations. The requirement: The council requires a sponsorship service to manage the entire sponsorship process, including identifying potential sponsors and putting sponsorships in place. Sponsorships will be recognised though the installation of appropriate signage at the sponsored site. Contract Value The estimated total value of this contract is £360,000 over the maximum 108 months term of the contract. This is based on £40,000 per annum and is after signage costs and the percentage given to the council. There is no Council expenditure budget for this service.
