About this contract

The contracting authority is seeking structural engineering consultancy services for the completion of a structural survey to each of the 348 flat balconies in the 6 high rise blocks in Tamworth town centre. The contractor will be expected to provide a detailed report on each of the balconies along with a prioritised schedule of works. The contractor will also manage and supervise any subsequent programme of remedial works.
