About this contract

De Montfort University are looking to undertake the following works with a single experienced provider:- o The works consist of the refurbishment of Queens Building Conversion of the existing classroom 0.16 / 0.14 in to Labs. o The M&E element are described in the M&E tender pack. o Queens building will be occupied during the course of the works. Carful coordination will be required for shut downs within the building such a mechanical and electrical connections. o The contract should factors this into their delivery of the project. The Contractor is to allow for out of hours working as required to deliver the project. o JCT 2016 Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design with DMU Amendments Full details of the requirements are set out in Tender documents.
