About this contract

De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to remove and replace the flooring in specific areas at our Queens Building, Leicester. The flooring in The Queens Building is worn and requires replacement. DMU is looking to remove and replace large sections of flooring in a variety of different locations on all floors. These areas include; lobbies, corridors, stairs, toilets, labs and study areas. The flooring will be replaced with a combination of carpet tiles, vinyl and linoleum. The Contractor will be asked to quote to carry out the flooring works in all the areas specified on the attached plans.
