About this contract

De Montfort University entered into a long lease with the City Council in 2015. Phase 1 of the development of the Beaumont Park site comprised i) a new ATP pitch for football ii) 2nr FA standard natural turf pitches and iii) an extension to the existing clubhouse to provide additional changing room facilities along with associated ancillary external works. The works were completed in October 2016. The proposed phase 2 works are for an extension to the existing clubhouse to provide additional changing room facilities along with associated ancillary external works.
