Evaluation of the Cultural Development Fund (CDF). The key objectives of this work are to identify the extent to which the expected outcomes and impacts of CDF projects have materialised, and provide detailed evidence from an evaluation of CDF projects, which will be used as supporting evidence for investment in future cultural development schemes.
