About this contract

Highways England is looking to set up a new work packages for the provision of services to support a programme approach to deliver smart motorway investments. Delivering the Smart Motorways as a programme enables Highways England to deliver more improvements with a reduced number of resources. Since 2015, the Programme has been developing and improving its operating model to reach maturity and materialise the expected efficiencies during the project delivery phases. In the following sections separate proposals are identified for different work packages. Please note, once this work package is commissioned, all tasks will need prior approval, with a detailed specification and cost, before the supplier can commence work.
