About this contract

To assess consumer understanding of instructions and appropriate handling of prepared convenience foods; To assess consumer behaviour in relation to the heat treatment, handling and storage of prepared convenience foods, including any leftovers, and compliance with on-pack instructions; To examine the on-pack instructions with regard to handling, heat treatment and storage and treatment of leftovers in a variety of prepared convenience foods prepared and sold from: Retail outlets on the island of Ireland (IOI); Local companies who produce prepared meals and sell directly to the consumer on IOI;
