About this contract

Take down conservatory roof, side screens, internal match boarding, remove electrical fittings, make safe electrics, take up timber floor and return patio area back to original design. Renew patio door and combination screen frame (approximately 2.9mtrs wide x 2.1 mtrs high) to new design ensuring all secure and watertight before commencement of patio works. Renew both lounge windows in UPVC to new design and to Ongo specification. Renew full set of UPVC windows to property to Ongo specification inclusive of gantry screen windows and stairwell windows.
