About this contract

The Council runs 5 leisure centre(s) in South Norfolk. The current leisure management system has been installed since 2010. The Council seeks a system to replace its current solution. As part of our continued drive to improve services in the community, the implementation of a new integrated leisure management software solution across our leisure sites is planned. It is anticipated that the implementation of the new system will improve the customer experience by providing an online self-service portal facilitating joining, bookings, payment administration (including direct debit management), account management, and will permit access to these facilities using a range of devices including smartphones. The new system will also provide statistical analysis reports and intelligent marketing.
