About this contract

Liverpool City Council intends to appoint a provider who will ensure the delivery of its future 0 to 19 (25) Public Health Nursing Service to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) in Liverpool. Transitional support will be available for young people, up to 25 years, with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and for those with experience of the care system. The service will be provided by a skill mixed team led by Specialist Public Health Nurses (Health Visitors and School Nurses).
